Shipping & Handling: I ship orders either through UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Generally, orders shipped USPS Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 business days within the continental United States. If you prefer to have your order mailed through UPS I will ship it UPS Ground, unless you make other arrangements. Please contact me directly for a shipping rate if you need your order quicker. Shipping charges include delivery confirmation. If you would like to insure your package, add the applicable insurance amount below to your payment.
Once your order is placed, I will send an e-mail
and/or invoice with the amount for the shipping.
Your order will not be shipped until you pay the s/h
charges. S/h charges include actual shipping
cost plus delivery confirmation. If you would
like insurance please notify me and I will include
the insurance cost in your invoice.

Payment Options: I accept payments through Paypal using this e-mail address: julie@littledarlingdesigns.com. Through Paypal you can pay with credit or debit card or use your bank account. You don't have to set up a Paypal account to use Paypal. If you prefer to mail a check, please check out through Paypal and mail a copy of your invoice along with a check made out to Julie Wilkinson. Please contact me at julie@littledarlingdesigns.com for payment address.
If you mail a check, the check must clear the bank before your order is started and/or shipped. This is standard practice.
Guarantees: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product,
please contact me to discuss your options. Please remember that these products are hand-made, which means that there may be minor flaws in the product, but I do everything possible to minimize them.
Return Policy: If you receive an item you are not satisfied with, please contact me within five (5) days of the delivery date to
discuss your options. If we agree the item
will be returned for reimbursement, a full refund, minus shipping and handling will be reimbursed once product is returned, only if there was damage to the item.
Custom items are non-returnable items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Gift Certificates: No Gift Certificates are available at this time.
Delivery Time: All items in stock will be delivered to the UPS Store or United States Post Office within 5 days of receiving payment for the order. Although in most cases items will be shipped out sooner than 5 days, I have
two young kids and can't guarantee I will make it to the post office every day. If it will take longer than 5 days, I will contact you within 48 hours. All
custom orders will take two (2) to six (6) weeks (sometimes
shorter or longer, depending on item(s) ordered) to be shipped out. Once order is delivered to the shipper, shipping time will be based on shipping choice. If you need your order sooner, please contact me prior to placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
Fabrics for sale: No fabrics are for sale at this time. Most fabrics are bought at Joann Fabrics, Hancock Fabrics or online. All fabrics are from a smoke free, pet free environment.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are welcome. Please allow
two (2) to six (6) weeks for your order to be made and delivered to the shipper. If it is going to take longer than six (6) weeks for your custom order to be completed, I will contact you within one week. In rare cases I won't know until two weeks after order is placed that it will take longer and will contact you immediately. If
your order is going to take more than five (5) days longer than the original expected delivery date you will have the option to cancel your order. Except in the previous stated situation, once your order is started, you can not cancel your order.
